By schooling, I’m a chef.  I make people happy through food.  I mainly design, bake, and create wedding cakes.  When I’m not baking, I’m either riding my Vespa GTS 300 Super or thinking about riding my Vespa.

I’ve set up this blog to journal my scooter adventures.
